Your infrastructure stays yours
We book servers and hosting together with you, in your name, in German data centers. You remain the owner of your infrastructure and your data, while we handle setup, updates, backups, and operations. If our paths ever part, you take everything with you.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?
We reply to inquiries within one business day. Clients under ongoing support reach us directly by phone, and we resolve many problems the same day via remote support.
Do you take over existing IT from a previous provider?
Yes. We first get an overview, document the current state, and then take over step by step, without your operations standing still.
Do we need a maintenance contract?
No. Many clients choose ongoing support because it's predictable, others only get in touch when needed. Both are fine.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. On site in the Rhine-Main area and in Freiburg, Germany, and remotely everywhere. Most tasks can be handled just as well remotely.
